Let’s be honest people. We don’t know what’s going on here. I just watched a theory video by the Super Carlin Brothers (one of my faves) and so far, it sounds good but what’s really going on here. The description tells us that the gang will take a journey to discover some secret of their land.
There is this theory rolling around that says that Anna and Elsa’s mother could have had powers. If this is true, I would be interested in seeing how it skipped Anna. Is it just first borns that have powers? Does it have to do with something else? Maybe she’s not born with it. Who knows.
It is also poignant to notice that the season has changed. It is fall and it seems like our characters are in for a full adventure outside of the castle. I like to think that we’ll get some sort of backstory on their parents and maybe, just maybe, their parents are alive. Wouldn’t that be something.
Here’s what I would like to know…where are they and how did the get there? They seem to be in some remote location, a location that Elsa is trying to escape, and there is no indication as where this place even is.
Last but not least, I would like to acknowledge the animators for a second. This water in the trailer is PHENOMENAL. It looks like LEGIT WATER. It looks so real that even Elsa looks like she’s real in this scene.
I have to admit that I am more inclined to go see this film because of the mysterious nature of it. Before, I thought there was no purpose for a Frozen 2 but if it will be what I think it will be, then the sequel will be worth it.
Frozen 2 has an expected release date of November 22, 2019.
